The following is a summary of how we ship packages. Although the shipping quotes on our website are from Federal Express we do utilize the shipping services of other carriers as well. Unfortunately due to Federal Express regulations we can only display one carriers rate on our site. The rule of thumb is if you order 1 or 2 figures your order will ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail. If you order 3 or more figure your order will probably ship via Federal Express. The exception to this rule is that if you live in the Midwest larger packages may also ship via Priority mail. We do this to make sure are customers are getting the best possible shipping service for their order. actual shipping rates may very however no refunds or additional charges will be made to the shipping rate that was quoted at the time of checkout.

* Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days but some orders are delayed for various reasons. We will contact you as soon as possible if the order will be delayed.

We will work with customers if your package has been delayed but please realize we are not the UPS or the postal service and do not control shipping delays. We are not responsible for lost packages. Lost packages are extremely rare (probably about 1 in 10,000). Please read shipping liability rules below.

Custom fees are very common especially when ordering from the UK. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For more information we suggest that you contact your local customs office before ordering.
Very important - If you deny the delivery of a package due to customs fees, please understand that you will be responsible for the Full Cost of shipping to your door and then back to us. So please do not refuse a delivery, it will be extremely costly.
