Return Policy:
Some website orders may be cancelled for a full refund IF the order has not been processed. Once an order has been processed and packed for shipping or if placing an Preorder and paying with paypal at the time of the order is placed no refunds will be made except for the following reasons:
- If you receive the wrong item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Unfortunately, due to fraud we must receive the items back prior to sending a replacement. If you return open or damaged products to us, we will not issue a refund
-If the product is damaged or defective (not the shipping carton, but the actual product), we are not liable. Manufacturer defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We will replace the item in some cases at our discretion but you will probably have to contact the manufacturer. This policy for the most part is at the request of the manufacturers, as they will not give us a refund for defects, they request the customers to contact them directly. -If you receive a damaged package (shipping carton) due to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible. All UPS packages are insured up to $50 and USPS packages do not have insurance unless requested and paid for at the time of the order. You may file a claim with UPS or USPS. They are the ones who determine the validity of the claim and issue the refund check. If they issue the check to BigBoyzToyz, we will send the money to you immediately upon receipt. REFUND POLICY on Lower Priced Items: Due to the nature of the hobby business prices are constantly changing therefore there are NO refunds or price matches on any previous orders you place.
Refunds on ITEMS with different details: Some items pictured may NOT look like the EXACT item you recieve. Minor paint adjustments, and minor details may vary as some pictures on this site are of prototypes. There will be NO REFUNDS on items that are not delivered as pictured or described.
Canadian Customers:
We only ship to Canada via UPS, its the only way we can provide proof of delivery. At the time of delivery there may be GST Taxes, Brokerage Fees, and other fees due. The responsibility of payment of these fees fall directly on the customer, BigBoyzToyz.com cannot be held responsible for any fees associated with importing items into Canada.
